The group was founded in Hongkong in 1996 with Mr. Chen Shen-Tien as its board chairman. The acquisition of Shanghai Metropolitan Development Co., Ltd. in the same year has made Mr. Chen’s capital stock up to 12 million dollars and expands group’s businesses from golf club to real estate development. In 2001, the first phase of Zephyr villa project started with a total investment of 38 million dollars, which is the group’s first real estate project in mainland. Now, its headquarters locates in No. 9988, Zhongchun Road, Minhang District, Shanghai.
